Welcome!
My name is Josh Stasson, and I am a Realtor® in Eastern Wisconsin. I received my license in February 2021 and I serve clients from Milwaukee to Green Bay. I have received certifications in Military Relocation, Short Sales and Foreclosures, as well as Pricing Strategy.
I served in the U.S. Navy for five years as an Aviation Structural Mechanic right out of high school but I grew up immersed in the real estate industry. After separation from the Navy, I began my career in real estate buying distressed properties and rehabbing them. I also own several rental properties that I continue to manage today.
From these experiences as a real estate investor, I have gained knowledge in customer service, client relations, and building connections within the community. I enjoy helping families buy homes they can call theirs, sell the homes that no longer suit them, and help investors find properties that they are excited about.
When I am not looking at properties, I’m often working on renovation projects or spending time with my family. I enjoy outdoor activities, including snowboarding, hunting, and hiking!
